Refund policy

1. Shopify Theme Store Purchases

  • We are unable to provide refunds as this is a digital good that cannot be returned without a guarantee that it has not been used or duplicated.

2. Devkit Memberships

  • Users can cancel at any time, retaining access until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused time in the billing cycle unless legally required.
  • Partial refunds are available for annual plans within the first 30 days of purchase. The cost of a one-month membership will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customers can contact billing@archetypethemes.co for double charges, billing errors, or failure to provide services as promised.
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date to avoid suspension of services.
